Back to Basics

Our grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, carrying their authentic flavors. We favor low-intervention winemaking, with no unnecessary additions. The goal: to let the fruit express itself freely, with precision and honesty. Less sugar, more truth.

Our vines are cultivated with care, using sustainable methods. The soil of the Côte des Blancs, rich with a history spanning millennia, is more than enough to nourish the vines. We guide nature, never forcing it, with a focus on preservation and balance. Because the future of a Grand Cru Champagne also depends on protecting what makes it possible.
